Inside 4D FAQ's How can I make a 3D image sequence and store it as an AVI file? Click ‘show’ to display the settings and select the ‘series’ tab. Select an X,Y,Z series or create a position list, then select the number of images to be reconstructed. Click ‘create series’ to create the sequence (created in a new image window). Save this as an AVI file.
When I change my image settings (e.g. threshold) I don’t see a change in the image.
Check that the channel displayed (button at the bottom of the display window) is the same as the one being adjusted. |
